Who are we?

Our MISSION
Entrust exists to demonstrate God's love through the co-operative funding of Christian and Community Development Projects.  We provide Choice, Clarity and Confidence for Donors by working closely with Project Partners who facilitate life-change, especially amongst the world's poor.

Our HISTORY
Mission Enterprises has helped fund ministry projects for over 30 years and donated more than $20 million.  Entrust is managed by Mission Enterprises and was established to enable new donors to tap into our expertise, experience and partnerships.  Simply put, together we will fund even more life-changing projects. Richard Beaumont 


Chief Executive Officer

Business Consultant

Richard joined Mission Enterprises as a director in 2003 and moved to an executive capacity in 2005 to commence the business development tasks that have now lead to the formal launch of Entrust. Richard brings to Entrust a clear balance of perspectives from both the business and not-for-profit community. This is due to 18 years working with OM, (Operation Mobilisation) - an international Christian Mission & Aid Organisation, coupled with 15 years sales and marketing experience in senior management roles with several cutting edge businesses. Seven years of his time with OM gave him first hand exposure to more than 30 nations where he served in many of the most needy parts of the world. Richard appreciates the challenges, needs and opportunities that agencies face in their pursuit of changing lives. He has a passion for sourcing and funding strategic projects that will make a difference.

         

Adrian Price


Chief Operating Officer

Adrian joined Mission Enterprises in 2000 after several years in public practice. As a chartered accountant with significant experience in audit, superannuation and IT in the not-for-profit and corporate sectors, Adrian brings the skills and drive necessary to enable Mission Enterprises to grow into the future with effective and efficient management and financial structures. Adrian's role has been critical in re-shaping the company's investment strategy, corporate goverance structures and is passionate about the development of Entrust and the opportunity it brings. Still actively enaged in business ventures, Adrian brings the perspective of a not just a promoter and manager of Entrust but he is also proud to be involved as a donor.

 

Non-Executive Directors

Stuart Brown - Director (Chairman)

Stuart has been actively involved in Mission Enterprises activities for 36 years serving as board member for 25 years. His experience covers abroad range of commercial business, Christian ministries, overseas aid and development, volunteer organisations and fund raising leadership. His passion is to see God's people in Australia being actively involved in sharing Christs love and compassion to those in need , physically, socially and spiritually both in Australia and overseas.

Eugene Veith - Director (Founder)

Eugene founded Mission Enterprises in 1960 during the growth of his parcel delivery business known as "Veith Transport".  Under Eugene's leadership as managing director, Veith Transport grew to become the largest parcel delivery company in Melbourne and the sale of the business to Mayne Nickless in 1986 gave Mission Enterprises the capital to expand Eugene's heart for philanthropy through Mission Enterprises.  Having a real concern for the poor, Eugene continues to be passionately involved in Mission Enterprises and sees Entrust as another avenue to meet the funding opportunities that are put before us. Phil Burns  - Director

Phil joined the board of Mission Enterprises in 1998 and brings not only considerable business expertise but also his personal faith and compassion for others to the work of Mission Enterprises and Entrust. Phil co-founded the project management company Burns Bridge Australia and has played a senior consultancy role in major retail, residential, hospital and government projects.
